Try this first….. Tools>options>email options> advanced email option and make sure you have a checkmark on [suggest names while completing To,CC and Bcc fields.

If this does not work, I will look at it Monday!!!!!

Need to look for a file called outlook.nk2 ( this file contents our OUTLOOK email address lookup)

Should be in your %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook directory.
